Our general terms

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the practice (or testing) of one of our kayaks. We draw your attention to the risks inherent in this activity. Please be aware of your own limitations. Kayaking should remain a pleasure.

The prices on this website are in EUR (VAT included), excluding delivery costs (calculated according to destination, weight and insured value). You must pay the total amount of the purchase when ordering, then the order is delivered as soon as possible by a carrier.

Distance selling: right of withdrawal. This right is exercised within 30 calendar days from the day after the customer takes physical possession of the goods. The article must be returned in its original box and at the customer’s expense. The item may be unpacked and inflated in a clean room. Under no circumstances will an item used outdoors be taken back. A special order for an item not listed on this site is considered firm and final without the right of withdrawal.

The product is guaranteed by Advanced Elements (Registration). The Belgian legal guarantee is two years. Any claim and/or dispute by the customer against AEDistribution SRL must be made exclusively by e-mail to the address info@AEkayaks.be, no later than two months from the date of the event that gave rise to the claim, failing which the claim will be forfeited. Our primary goal being your satisfaction, we will try to find a fair solution for each of the parties according to the problem(s) observed.

We respect your privacy. The purpose of processing your data is the execution of orders, customer administration and information about our products.

Neither AEDistribution SRL nor the customer can be held responsible for any failure to execute an order due to a case of force majeure beyond their control (including transport interruptions, strikes, fire, etc.).

These general conditions are governed by Belgian law.
